Logic Studio is a visual development platform for creating FiveM server functionality, including flows, UI screens, plugins, templates, and related tools.

Logic Studio is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Cfx.re, FiveM, QBCore, or ESX.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.

You may not use Logic Studio for illegal, malicious, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or attempt to bypass the platform's security, licensing, or subscription restrictions.

Logic Studio may offer free features as well as paid plans, including Premium and Ultimate.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your paid access will normally remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and related payment services.

You retain ownership of original flows, UI screens, plugins, templates, and other content you create using Logic Studio.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of others.

Marketplace content created by other users or developers is the responsibility of its respective creator unless specifically marked as official Logic Studio content.

Logic Studio may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Logic Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every FiveM server, framework, resource, or configuration.

Users are responsible for testing their projects before deploying them to production servers.

The Logic Studio platform, software, branding, logo, design, and proprietary technology remain the property of Logic Studio and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.

We may update the Service or these Terms as Logic Studio develops. The latest version will be available on this page.
